Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, unless faulty. We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable, a refund will be provided. The items must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. All items must have tags intact, be completely unused – unless it’s a warranty claim. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Send to – PO. The returned goods must be in the possession of Seacured before any further action is taken. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event of an exchange or replacement, we only refund or replace items if they are defective or have a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items returned outside of this period or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Seacured will not pay to return these items to you.
