Shipping & Delivery –
- We provide Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $60
- $15 Flat Shipping Rate for orders under $60.
- Upon completion of your purchase, we will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible.
- All items are in stock for purchase unless stated otherwise. All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours depending on the order volume we are experiencing. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
- Delivery times will vary depending on where you are located. All parcels are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Once your order is processed, you will be sent your tracking number via the email address you provided upon checkout.
Important information –
- We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible. Due to this we cannot guarantee changes to delivery details, items, sizes or removing items from your order. If you change your mind about anything, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
- The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If no-one will be able to accept the delivery, please consider providing your work address. If this is not possible, with your consent we can give the driver “Authority to Leave”, however we accept no responsibility once the item has been delivered.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
